Evan joined the firm in 2018 and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of the civil litigation process across the country. He handles all types of breach of contract cases, business disputes, real estate matters, employment issues, and healthcare matters. He has experience in matters relating to all phases of construction projects, including planning, contract drafting and negotiation, project administration, and conflict resolution. He also handles a wide range of healthcare matters with an emphasis on payor-provider disputes, managed care contracting, and issues involving ERISA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
