Alison Brehm

Overview of Experience and Nature of Practice:

Alison joined the firm in 2023 and focuses her practice on real estate and business law matters.  Prior to joining, Alison worked for regional law firms and served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company and a commercial lending company.  Alison has extensive experience in all areas of real estate, with a focus on commercial leasing.  Alison’s representation includes lease drafting and negotiations for retail, office and industrial spaces.  Alison also has experience with drafting leasehold related documents and lease dispute resolution.

Life Beyond the Law

In her free time, Alison is involved in supporting Louisville’s nonprofit community. She serves as a founding board member of Impact100 Louisville, Inc., an organization that has awarded over $1.5 million to local nonprofits since 2020.  She also serves as a Board member for Educational Justice and is on Board of Trustees of the Louisville Collegiate School.  Alison also enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and three dogs.
