Avery joined the firm in 2023 after earning her degree from Western Kentucky University. She specializes in commercial collections at the pre-litigation stage, and also provides support in state and federal litigation, including insurance defense and healthcare matters. Additionally, Avery contributes to mediation and arbitration planning, particularly in property disputes and residential sales conflicts.
