Susan joined the firm in 2019 and has over 33 years of legal experience with her primary focus areas being commercial real estate and corporate matters. She has extensive knowledge in the area of real estate which includes preparation of various types of loan documents, reviewing and analyzing title commitments, surveys and zoning reports as well as communicating with clients and managing multiple high priority transactions. Susan also has experience forming and registering new entities at the secretary of state level, filing annual reports and drafting various organizational documents.
